Timberline’s guiding values are to provide quality products and excellent customer service.
Every product that leaves Timberline meets the minimum specifications for AWI and QCP certification. However, the management team has decided to exceed those specifications whenever possible to provide a superior product. Each cabinet contains double the dowels of specification. Cabinet back thickness exceeds specification by 50%. Polyolefin glue is used to eliminate glue line failures with edge banding, and all interior exposed edges are edge banded to eliminate off gassing.
The Timberline team stands behind their products from the initial bid to final punch list. Project managers and owners are only one phone call away to ensure project success. The best example of this customer service is the list of successful partnerships.
